We have been working with Preservation Specialist Paula Sagerman on our submission to the National Historical Registry. So far in the research we have found out that 4 North St. appears to be the only side-gabled 19th century General Store in Vermont that has always served as a Post Office, and has an intact interior.
Mudd Season is upon us and we are taking some time to revamp the menu and make some minor changes. Our new hours are listed above. We are still here everyday except Sunday. We are excited about the coming season as we have big plans to install the Flagpole, do some stonework and begin the gardens. We are accepting help in all forms. We plan on beginning the restoration of the Scale House and will begin a fundraising program soon.
